The NIGRIN PERFORMANCE Fiberglass Filler is an elastic special compound made from high-quality polyester resin and reinforcing glass fibers. Ideally suited for repairing deformations as well as bridging small holes and cracks in vehicle bodies, body panels, camper trailers, boats, or model building.
It stands out for its excellent adhesive strength and lasting stability — even under vibration, temperature fluctuations, or mechanical stress. The fiberglass filler is also ideal for reinforcing rusted or weakened sheet metal sections.

Anwendungsschritte

Prepare the surface
De-rust, degrease, clean, and sand the surface.

Mix the filler
Pour the hardener from the enclosed tube completely into the can and mix thoroughly.

Apply the filler
Apply the filler quickly and allow to cure for 4–5 minutes.

Coarse sanding
After curing (approx. 25 min.), shape with coarse sandpaper.

Apply fine filler
Smooth the repair area with NIGRIN fine filler and sand down.
Hinweis
For smaller quantities, always maintain a mixing ratio of 98% filler to 2% hardener. Optimal working temperature from +10 °C.
